What is included in your real estate HDR photography package?

The HDR photo package includes 25-40 images hand-blended from 5 bracketed exposures, blue sky replacement, TV and fire enhancements, next-day delivery by noon, and MLS-ready files. All photos are magazine-quality with crisp window views and true-to-life interior colors.

What happens if the weather is terrible?

We live in the greater region of Sacramento, we get it. If it is raining, we can still shoot the interiors and provide Blue Sky Replacement at no additional cost so the listing looks inviting.

How is this different from the $150 photographer I usually use?

The difference is in the final 10 percent. We do not just blast a flash and leave. We use a blend of ambient light and manual flash to ensure colors are true-to-life and windows are not blown out. You are paying for media that creates an emotional response.

How fast can I get my media back?

Photos, drone, and 3D tours are delivered by 12:00 PM the following business day. Real estate moves fast and we are not the bottleneck. You get a notification as soon as the portal is ready, with easy one-click downloading for MLS-ready or High-Res files.

Estate productions take longer than standard listings. Depending on the collection, shoots may range from half day coverage to a full day to capture lighting changes and key details.

Are twilight or virtual twilight options available?

Yes. Twilight or virtual twilight is included in the Signature Estate Collection and may be added to other collections when it supports the marketing strategy.

How far in advance should estate projects be booked?

Booking several days in advance is recommended to allow for planning, coordination, and ideal lighting and weather conditions.

Do you offer custom estate productions beyond these collections?

Yes. Custom estate productions are available for unique properties or private clients and are quoted after reviewing the property and goals.

Do you help with what to say and how to show up on camera?

Yes. We guide you with simple prompts, basic direction, and pacing so you do not feel awkward. You do not need acting experience.

What should I wear and bring?

How fast is turnaround?

You will get a teaser clip within 24 to 48 hours. Final edits are delivered in 3 to 7 business days depending on your package and event length.

What do you need from me before the event?

Just the basics. Date, location, timeline, key moments, and any must-film shots. If you have speakers or sponsors, share names and priorities so we capture the right people.

Do you provide raw footage?

Raw footage is available as an add-on. Most clients do not need it because the deliverables are already optimized for social and web, but it is there if your team wants an archive.

Can you film audio clearly for speakers and announcements?

Yes. We capture clean audio using proper microphones and backup recording whenever possible. If your venue has a soundboard, we can also connect when allowed.

Can I request edits or revisions?

Yes. Each package includes one revision round so you can request small changes like pacing, clip swaps, or text updates. Extra revisions are available if you need them.

What if the event runs late or the schedule changes?

It happens. If the timeline shifts, we adapt on site. If you need extra coverage time beyond your package, you can add hours.

Do you offer drone footage for events?

Yes, when the location and local airspace allow it. Drone works great for venue establishing shots, arrivals, and outdoor moments. We will confirm feasibility in advance.

Do we get usage rights for marketing and social media?

Yes. You can use the final videos on your website, social media, email marketing, presentations, and ads. If a venue or performer has restrictions, we will flag it ahead of time.

Do you travel for events outside your local area?

Yes. Travel is available and quoted based on distance and logistics. If it is a multi-day event, we will outline the plan and costs clearly.

What is the best package if I want multiple reels for social?

Executive Storytelling is usually the best fit because it includes more coverage, more angles, and multiple social deliverables. Legacy Brand Film is best for large events with keynote moments and sponsor visibility.

How do I book and what is required to reserve the date?

You book with a signed agreement and a retainer to hold the date. The remaining balance is due before delivery. If you need invoicing for corporate billing, we can provide that.
